You can drop 10 pounds and move closer to the body and image you desire. What if you want to lose more than three pounds? They still work. Follow these steps and lose the first ten pounds and then you can start on more weight loss.

Step #2: Increase your Metabolism to Lose 10 Pounds

Your metabolism is the rate at which your body burns calories. The more calories you body burns, the faster you can lose weight. If you are not losing weight right now, it could be because you metabolism rate is too low.

How does a person increase their metabolism? Simple. Move more. Exercise. Just taking fast walk for 20-30 minutes a day can boost your metabolism for hours afterwards. Not only will you burn calories during exercise but for hours afterwards. How cool is that?

You can lose 10 pounds as you follow these easy steps. Here is one final peace of advice. Take it one day at a time.

You will lose weight as you exercise for 15-30 minutes a day (Shorter if you use Lightning Speed Fitness) and adjust your diet. In fact you can lose 10 pounds in 15 days with the right diet.

Make these adjustments and you will burn the fat and feed the muscle.
